FAQ's

Delivery times:

We offer free shipping in Calgary, with stock items being delivered within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of an order
Custom orders take up to 10 business days to fill.
 
Shipping costs:
We offer free shipping within the Calgary city limits. 
 
Returns and Replacements:
Due to our manufacturing process, we are not able to accept returns for any items.  
If the item was damaged during our shipping, we will replace it. 
 
Custom Orders:
Email us your custom requirements, and we’ll work with you to create your order.
When specifications are complete and the order is approved, production begins. 
Typical delivery time for custom orders is 10 business days.
 
Damaged or Defective Materials:
We require a signed form at delivery stating that the items were received in good condition.
When materials have manufacturing flaws or damage, they are replaced free of charge. 
 
Warranty: 
Items are warrantied for parts that show flaws or have cracks, splits, dents upon delivery of the product and will be replaced.
Damage from heat, water, scratches, or wood oxidation is not covered under warranty. 
 
Payment:
Payment for all standard products must be made upon order checkout on the online store.
Payment for custom orders must be paid before manufacturing starts. 
Accepted payment methods for custom orders are credit card, interac e-transfer (not sure if this is accepted), or certified cheque.
